About RAL 010 40 35

Leg deze nuance naast een even verzadigd rood uit kleurtoon 030 en het verschil is onmiskenbaar. Waar 030 naar baksteen en terracotta trekt, gaat 010 richting karmijn en framboos. Bij gedempte roden is dat onderscheid academisch; hier is het de kern van de keuze.

Voor kleurcombinaties heeft dat gevolgen. Een rood met blauwe ondertoon vraagt om koele buren — grijs, blauw, koel wit. Naast warm hout of geel ontstaat spanning die niet altijd gewenst is.
