About RAL 010 30 20
That is not something to take for granted. Dark colours with low saturation shift strongly with the light source — the same shade can look red during the day and brown in the evening. From saturation 20 upwards that sensitivity becomes noticeably smaller, because there is more colour to shift and the shift matters relatively less.
