RAL Effect — all 490 colours

490 colours: 420 solid and 70 metallic, across 70 colour families of six solid colours plus one matching metallic each. Arranged in eight series; series 100 to 700 hold nine families (x10 to x90), series 800 holds seven (810 to 870). Source: ral-farben.de, RAL Effect colour list.

Code notation: three digits for the family, a hyphen, then 1 to 6 for the solid colours or M for the metallic. RAL Effect colours have no colour names.

RAL Effect holds 490 colours: 420 solid shades and 70 metallics. The collection was introduced in 2007 as the first RAL collection based on water-borne paint systems, free of lead, cadmium and chromates.
