RAL Effect — series 100 (RAL 100 range)
Nine families: 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180 and 190. Together 54 solid colours and 9 metallics.
Series 100 opens the collection and covers the light, weakly saturated part of the colour space — the shades that serve as background and carrier in product design. Every family runs from light to dark: the -1 is the lightest position, the -6 the darkest. That order is the same throughout the collection and makes it possible to shift a shade within a family without losing the hue.
Application. Housings, panels and carrying surfaces where the colour must not dominate, with the metallic from the same family as an accent.
