Fluorescent colours light up under UV-containing light; a screen cannot reproduce that. These colours are also less lightfast than ordinary RAL colours. Always assess a physical sample.

About RAL 1026
Character. RAL 1026 is not an ordinary opaque colour but a fluorescent shade: the pigment converts ultraviolet light into visible light, which makes the colour look brighter than the incident light warrants. It therefore falls outside the range of ordinary colour reproduction and cannot in principle be shown on a screen.
Application. Warning and signalling where maximum conspicuity is required, such as emergency vehicles, safety clothing and temporary marking.
Fluorescent pigments are considerably less lightfast than ordinary pigments. Outdoors this colour loses its effect faster than an opaque yellow, and the effect diminishes before the colour visibly fades.
