About RAL 1016
Character. The coolest and sharpest yellow of the range. Where RAL 1012 lemon yellow already leans towards green, 1016 takes that further and is lighter as well. Next to a warm yellow such as RAL 1004 golden yellow the colour looks almost acid. That combination of lightness and saturation makes it conspicuous without becoming dark.
Application. Signalling and marking, and industrial use where maximum visibility in a light shade is wanted.
