Fluorescent colours light up under UV-containing light; a screen cannot reproduce that. These colours are also less lightfast than ordinary RAL colours. Always assess a physical sample.

About RAL 2005
Character. Not an opaque colour but a fluorescent shade: the pigment converts ultraviolet light into visible light, which makes the colour look more vivid than would be possible under the incident light. This colour cannot in principle be shown on a screen.
Application. Safety clothing, emergency vehicles, temporary marking and warning.
Fluorescent pigments are distinctly less lightfast than ordinary pigments. Outdoors the effect diminishes before the colour visibly fades, which means the signalling effect disappears sooner than the eye expects.
