About RAL 000 85 00
That is precisely what makes it usable. Where pure white can turn out hard and clinical in a room — especially under cool artificial light — this shade gives the same lightness with less sharpness. In care and work environments that is a deliberate choice, not a compromise.
Do bear in mind that a neutral white-grey has no undertone to fall back on. If you want warmth, it will not come from this shade but from a neighbouring hue with chroma 05.
