About RAL 020 20 10
That dependence on the light source is strongest in dark colours with little saturation. There is too little colour in the surface to absorb a shift in the lighting, which makes the same shade read differently by day and in the evening.
For outdoor use that matters less than indoors: outside, daylight is the norm and the colour comes into its own.
