About RAL 6038
Character. Not a solid colour but a fluorescent shade: the pigment converts ultraviolet light into visible light. On a screen this colour cannot be reproduced at all.
Application. Safety clothing, warning and marking where maximum visibility is required.
Fluorescent pigments are distinctly less lightfast than ordinary pigments. Outdoors the signalling effect diminishes before the colour visibly fades.
