About RAL 5004
Character. Under artificial light and in low daylight it is barely distinguishable from black; only in direct daylight does the blue come forward. That makes it usable as a softer substitute for black, but it is also the reason why 5004 and RAL 9005 jet black get mixed up during touch-up work.
