About RAL 070 30 20
What you see is a dark olive brown — too little light is left to carry the gold. That is the same property that runs through the whole yellow half of the circle: yellow exists by grace of brightness.
The practical consequence: anyone looking for a dark colour should not look in the yellow area. What is dark there is brown.
