Mark Kotterink is a specialist in colour technology and the author of Colour Assessment in Practice. He has more than twenty years of experience in colour measurement, colour perception and the implementation of colour quality systems in sectors such as textiles, coatings, plastics and print. Since 2005 he has trained professionals in visual and instrumental colour assessment and advised companies that already have advanced equipment but in practice struggle with colour differences, customer complaints or uncertainty about tolerances. His strength lies in combining scientific insight into colour perception with practical application and economic reality. Kotterink is also the author of the books Colour Advice and Colour Design, in which he explores the role of colour in design, communication and spatial application.
